- Beef of your choice. (Stew meat, chuck roast, steak)
- Mad Madeleine's Bloody Mary Mix.
Cut beef into strips/chunks.
Sprinkle meat with garlic pepper and place in a shallow container.
Pour Mad Madeleine's Bloody Mary Mix over top until covered.
Place in refrigerator for at least 48 hours.
Remove meat from fridge and drain. Skewer meat 4-5 pieces to each skewer and place on a sheet pan. Preheat grill and cook until almost well done. May return uncooked skewered beef into fridge for up to 36 hours.
